Lemon Icebox Cheeseball

We came up with this cheeseball because we loved the taste of lemon ice box pie but don't like the hassle of making it. This taste is just like a lemon ice box pie and is perfect for spring and summers. It will make you want to sit on your back porch and catch up with friends.

Directions for Cheeseball: Mix 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with packet mix. Roll into a ball and refrigerate cheeseball for 3 hours. Serve with graham crackers.

Directions for pie: Combine cheeseball mix with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and an 8 ounce tub of cool whip and place in a graham cracker crust. Chill for an hour.
