Accents Fine Home Interiors and Gifts is a labor of love that was born out of many late night talks and planning about the future between owner Laura Patterson and her husband, Joseph. Creativity and design have been a passion of hers since she was a little girl, but as she grew up, life took her into the medical field where she worked as an Emergency room nurse for almost a decade.

Though it was where God had her for that season of life, she knew she wanted to do something different; something more for her family. With the prompting from her husband and family she took a huge leap of faith and opened Accents Fine Home Interiors and Gifts in November 2007.
