Peach Sweet Tea Pepper Jelly

Just imagine, southern sweet tea and a fresh, beautiful peach had a baby. This would be the result. This pepper jelly is inspired by mother's in the south.  If there was a nursery rhyme about what made up mother's, it would go something like this, "mother's are made up of peaches, sweet tea and datil peppers."
